Last posted communication was 5/14/2020 email from Clark Haberman (previously discussed) containing a link to "CD Fund.com/en/warning-to-participants-in- private-placements", (Commodity Discovery Fund),and Amazon book "Sellout-Washington-Americas-Technologican-Fight acebook B06WDPF5N" with his request asking them to consider this content before approval or providing state money to the project.



This however, is probably what interests us:,

The lists include notices of proposed permits that are currently open for public comment, and notices of upcoming public hearings. This list will be updated regularly, but may not contain all current public notices for the agency. Additionally, public notices for public hearings are available in the list."

Niocorp--which was previously listed and whose public comment period has expired, is no longer contained on this list.

So putting on my Captain Obvious hat, we should be able to argue by extension that this removal of NiCorp confirms that the public comment has expired and that NO public hearing is scheduled/will be held.

We are now waiting for NioCorp confirmation/NE Public notice with the final signed permit. Pretty much what we already knew, but with a bit more assurence where we stand.

I suspect that IF Financing, NioCorp will announce just before the Infrastructure conference in NY in June. (And all the contractors will have a chance to get up on stage with M.S.)

For those Outside the continental US (CONUS) Information from ScAndy on how to access this information through a proxy server:

"For all (europeans) who have no access to the Nebraska government website, here is a guide on how to unblock the website.

1. you need a free proxy server in the US, which can be found here:
free-proxy.cz

2. choose a fast server with high uptime. for me this IP 173.199.122.27:8080 worked well but that can change at any time.

3. set a proxy manually in Windows 10:
Open Settings.
Click Network & Internet. ...
Click Proxy. ...
In the Manual Proxy Setup section, set the 'Use a Proxy Server' switch to On.
In the Address field, type the IP address.
In the Port field, type the port.
Click Save.

4. go to the Nebraska website

5. enter number 97622 on the 'DEQ Facility ID Number' form and click on 'Search'. Now all documents should be listed.

6. after you have viewed the required documents, switch off the proxy server.
