Yah, that is by BoA/Merrill and Radio City Music Hall and Fox News. Times Sq is a couple blocks away, and I have been to my attorney's office at 7 TS where their office is literally right next to the Waterford Crystal NYE Ball. That is high rent district. I never lived or worked Midtown, always FIDI or Jersey City, lower rent district, kinda.

Jersey City 42nd floor, two rooms with a view of the Manhattan Skyline, and only a 5-10 minute PATH train to WTC, or a 3rd floor in lower Manhattan with a view of a wall of the building next to you with no door man, no concierge, which is even more exp.

It took me awhile to figure it out to move to Jersey City. I would never move to Manhattan again.
