So in 2016 when they went dark, the legal counsel changed to Chilton. And this past weekend they changed it back to Kaplan. That is interesting.

This is all pointing to a potential going private offer. That is why the address is the governance committee, IMO.

The company has been dark for 5 years. And now suddenly we have these website updates.

They also changed Copyright 2014 to Copyright 2020. Why???

And they removed some press releases that had the wrong date format.

We will see what happens.
