DE's construction-segment addendum—The COVID-19-induced shutdown of societies all over the world would’ve been a great time to do roadwork without causing traffic jams.

Unfortunately, things don’t work that way! DE’s FY2020 revenue guidance for the construction segment—of which roadwork is a material portion—is -30% to -40% YoY (#msg-155798053). Tax revenues to fund roadwork are going to be scarce.
