I don't blame Du for any of that. It's as though Amarin and Covington handed this case to her on a silver platter. Look at the makeup of that court. Two vacancies and five Obama appointees. It might be impossible to find worse odds in any district court in the US. If there's any impairment of judgement don't look at Du. She ruled as one might have expected given her background. Instead, ask JT what in the hell they were doing when they chose that venue.
