Nick, you nailed it. You really nailed it. This is exactly the type of analysis that would potentially form the basis of a successful complaint in this regard.

We are not lamenting her decision per se, as that is the job of the litigants before the Federal Circuit. Rather, we are questioning her competency to preside, on account of her disability resulting from the dual tragedies which befell. This is exactly the type of thing which falls within this complaint framework. Whether or not the complaint would ultimately be successful, it cannot be said that the complaint at least does not raise legitimate issues.
