Drug, food and other manufacturers source their component chemicals from countries around the world, including some dicey factories in China and India. Those compounds may be mixed and put into pill format in an American factory, but they aren't really "made in America" if you think about it.

Really? I always buy generics. Why not? They're cheaper. Aspirin is aspirin.
