I would definitely agree with this point. The stock has had a tremendous runup on absolutely nothing. The test has not changed the financial situation of the company one bit. Until the company proves it's ability to produce results (note that results include money) new buyers may as well be bagholders as GTEM is sure to use this strength in the stock for equity financing.

Why not be smart and make back some of the money you lost all the way down from $4?
