Not sure I know what you mean but all prices are traded at the
best bid or offer if it’s an ‘at market ‘order

If you have a fixed price you want to sell out say 50cents
It can’t take through your offer till you’re filled.

Block trades can be worked up and traded bilaterally then
reported on the exchange but has to have traded within the correct
and price as the market
