Since Li has a monopoly, as oft-stated on this board, of all patents in BMG, a monopoly on all production of commercial BMG's, then the least thing he is worried about is "tipping off" anybody about his plans. He made his plans CLEAR to Professor Johnson: I am going to be the BIG SHOT of BMG, Worldwide.

So to think that, if he really had any real proof of realizing his plans, he is afraid to tip off the world, is ludicrous.
