I don't think anyone will have to worry about an article from byron or seth concerning gtem right now. They don't discuss pinkies very often. Now that the news is out completely and the shorts have jumped in we'll see how well it holds up to a correction tomorrow.

Remember that overlypromotional and hype statements from individuals and companies are illegal. If you feel investors are being "rooked" contact the SEC.
