Good points Bly, no doubt boiler plate clauses Cornell has used a million times BUT Serge (I like that guy) has a counterclaim to assets Cornell thought they had free and clear. I think, Mario signed the deal with Cornell. Serge is "just" Chief of Technology at SaVi, he didn't do this. Did DFW say he thought he'd see the day when Mario would be in Federal Court? I wonder why he said that? I'll bet you though the NDA will prevent him from telling us though.
