That's always been a big problem, our lack of communication skills. Today was a good example, instead of putting out a fire the CEO threw wood on top, and kept throwing more wood. When you decide to use Twitter, Facebook or other social media outlets, you need to be prepared with answers to hard questions. The CEO knows or, should know all the questions she will face, and be able to handle them civilly. We are in trying times, where people are facing all kinds of uncertainties leading to helplessness and frustration. Everywhere you look people are crying out for answers from where their next paycheck is coming from to if they will even have a job, confinement is doubly stressful, protests are all over the country. People have had enough, and are angry. You can't get peoples hopes up to good news, then pull the rug out from under them, and leave them in silence for weeks. They want to hear something reassuring, not tweets and bike riding. The CEO can end all the anger if she desires, it's up to her. JMHO GLTY Have a peaceful evening all.
