I'm not Warren Buffet. I'll assume you guys all know that. If I was, I would make a phone call, pull some strings and it would be a done deal. AFAIK, Forever 21 is/was looking to go public. They were eating our lunch in the LA market before Covid. Look at their website.

Merger would be a palatable restructure

Might justify the price tag.
