The time to TBD may be under 6 months if guidance is shown to be true, BUT if this goes to approval under NWBO then 3 years is the relevant time frame including a good cushion for some delay (I expect it will take UPTO some two years for approval after TBD). If the future does hold a buyout or a partnership that may happen much sooner than 2 years. So the 3 year deal is the best to insure major gains in the case of success.
