No worries on that point. Following these NWBO warrants is like untying the Gordian Knot, and I get myself mixed up all the time trying to unwind them. And with what you’re having to contend with as a first responder ER doc in the middle of a Covid nightmare, I’d recommend that for now, on the issue of this extension, that we all consider relaxing a bit and see what additional detail the company gives for LP’s extension in the coming days, or in the Q which is due out in a week. On its face, it appears to be a very sweet deal for LP, but perhaps there is more detail to this extension. I think that if they wanted to address the details of her extension further in the Q, such as what was meant by “other warrants”, or how it is a fair deal, the company would want or need to publicly file an acknowledgment of the extension ahead of the Q because LP is a related party.

Anyhow, and more importantly, take care of yourself as you are seriously on the front lines of this pandemic, and this issue, and any further details of LP’s extension will hopefully sort themselves out in the next week.
