I think all those existing warrants to the tune of 350M the Company ever issued by default are suspended from exercise until Nov 1st.



This is insane thinking. How does LP's deal to limit exercise of her warrants in order to provide value to balance out having her 29M warrants not expire have anything at all to do with any other warrants that she doesn't own? It doesn't. You are very confused about this.
