That building is over 100 years old and now has to be retrofitted with a kitchen. I know it is easy to be an armchair CEO and say it should only take a few days, but if it took this long to be done, it goes to show that the process wasn't easy. Regardless, the permit has been issued and they can now move forward with their 5th location. In the end, I view it as progress...
