Bingo ! - Why ? Because the GSEs don't BUY GARBAGE LOANS

they ARE the GOLD STANDARD of the MORTGAGE mkt (Solid LOANS)

Why ? ... Because the GOVT hasn't REQUIRED they BUY Garbage LOANS

so .... the GSEs "DON'T NEED" - the YUGE Cash RESERVES that have

been THROWN AROUND if they are STILL PROFITABLE in this CRISIS !!!
