Either a company is on the FDA coronavirus EUA list, or it isn't. Very clearly $ARYC isn't on the coronavirus EUA list.

That means $ARYC isn't on the list today with an approved test, and wasn't on the list with an approved test on 03/02/2020.

Only a matter of time now until the SEC sues $ARYC. Everyone knows what grounds the SEC is going to sue on, and it will win this case.

One simple question: on 03/20/2020 did $ARYC have an FDA approved coronavirus test kit on the EUA list? If the answer if yes $ARYC wins, if the answer is no the SEC wins.
