Remember President Trump forced FDA to create a fast-track approval process for Covid tests, cures, vaccines, etc at that time- sidestep all normal BS politics and wasted time. Fauci did not like being told what to do! ARYC like others were "in compliance" with those new fast-track requirements and some young blood at SEC trying to make name for himself got something very wrong here. CEO does need to come out here though. But if you are in compliance with FDA fast-track rules, it really is a twist of words to say "FDA approved" but that is what would happen anyway as I see it...
