Well considering the fiscal constraints of NY state do you think they made the wise choice?

It seems way cheaper to have mail-in ballots than in person voting, IMO. Poll workers are 100 years old who know nothing about technology and don't want to expose themselves to this pandemic. It's going to be a clusterfuck.
