If I lived in NY and was denied my right to vote, I'd be pissed. Why is safe for people to vote in other primary contests but not for president? Not every district has a primary happening. This makes no sense to me. I thought Cuomo said he was going to send out mail-in ballots to everyone. Why did the board of elections override him and what was the purpose of it? We should all be voting by mail like Oregon and Washington does and then the problem is solved.
