I think that it was meant to say that PCTL has a distributor with access to the entire health care system. They are however evaluating the 60 day trial conducted 2 weeks ago and more than likely be accepted. There were no problems mentioned in the trials. If the data is accepted, THAN approval to all the Facilities in England is possible, as they are a socialist health system, and if one gets the PCTL equipment, than more than likely most will get it eventually.
