So, why'd a company worth $540M with only $100M of debt and liabilities go bankrupt? Why'd the creditors, the courts, the monitor, the board of directors and officers of the company, the investors on the NYSE and TSX overlook the $540M value only to have it ciphered out by the detectives on the Twitter DD Fabrication Team?
