It’s a waaaaaaaaay delinquent SEC reporting company and I believe could be halted soon.

The last time I reported a Microcrap it was DDCC. It took was delinquent in filings. I served them up to the SEC on a silver platter (e.g. no 8Ks for several material events). About 1.5 yrs later the SEC delisted the stock for delinquency. Never suspended them leading up to it.

Sometimes the SEC lets the fruit rot on the trees, before picking it.
