PCTL was behind with its filings, but PCTL filed their 10Q for the period ending 9/30/19 on 4/13/20 so that one is no longer late.

The PCTL 10K was due on 4/15/20, but because of the COVID-19 guidelines set by the SEC, PCTL will have until 5/31/20 to file the 10K, so technically its not late yet. Thus, PCTL is currently not delinquent with its filings.

On top of that PCTL filed an 8K on April 2, 2020 saying that it fully expects to have the 10K filed by 5/31/20.

As far as the other stuff goes.. I haven't been following PCTL. From what I understand, they have a disinfectant product that did get regulatory approval for public marketing.

If people are saying PCTL has a "cure for COVID-19" then that is far different than just having a disinfectant product. That's an obvious sign of fraud making PCTL a suspension risk. I don't know if claims like that have been made by the company or anybody from the company, I'd have to do some research on that.

I know that the PCTL float has grown by over 450,000,000 shares since the start of 2019. So obviously there are/were debt holders and other insiders that have/had an interest in profiting off the stock which is a recipe for pumping and exaggerations.

Outside of that, I don't know much about PCTL.

I don't doubt that information has been exaggerated by investors/traders with an interest in the company - that's normal for most penny stocks.

Based on the fact that PCTL has been one of the most read/posted on stock forums over the past several days, it obviously has a cult type of following.

Maybe if I get some time this weekend, I'll take a closer look at it.
