This is what landed Don Paradiso on the OTC Market prohibited service provider list - LEAS lying about not being a shell company while Paradiso was the attorney.
But it was too late to save Paradiso from being banned by OTC Markets.
So obviously, Devlaeminck's statement is false.
Not just was Devlaeminck's statement that LEAS was never a shell corporation a false statement (past OTC disclosures obviously show that LEAS was a shell corporation), but LEAS is still a shell corporation. The financial statements show that the Issuer has no assets, no revenues, and no business operations. The very definition of a shell company.
It will be interesting to see if Vic Devlaeminck ends up banned by OTC Markets too. After all his years of facilitating Bill Shaefer scams he deserves to be prohibited anyways.
