Without cash or shares available it never seemed reasonable that companies would get "gifted" to GRNF. Like it never seemed reasonable that JC had qualifications to be CFO of anything. Or that a company with the claimed value of GRN Funds LLC didn't have a real accountant. Or dozens of other things

It's nice to have a lot of horsepower in the engine room but you need some in the wheelhouse too.
