And that one person who sits on all sides of the table also has the most to gain from sitting on all sides of the table.

This includes the side he sits on with Liquidmetal USA where he owns 410 million shares. Why cut off his huge portion of a meal with Liquidmetal when he literary has a billion dollars to gain.

So yes I agree, Li is not so much interested in suing himself as he is in making money from all positions he sits at the table.
