It seems that Amarin has an existing relationship with Chris Sipes of Covington who helped Amarin win the case with Apotex in 2015. It's understandable that Amarin wanted to go with him again, and build up his knowledge of Amarin and Vascepa. The hope I have for Singer is to play both attorney role and businessman role hard and smart. The way he can make himself a "10-billion dollar" man is either win in the court or broker a settlement off the court.
