I guess that sleazy lawyer he used to send out those cease and desist notices didn’t want to help him with this?

I wish he had actually filed something for the SEC to sink their teeth into.
It is still an empty shell with a bunch of NONBINDING LOI that they supposedly did DD on.
So not quite sure it is enough to suspend the stock. He sure mislead his marks in those social media private Facebook groups - using them like a boiler room.

I’m not giving up hope yet. At least the SEC suspended COWP and COWPP that was being played by Costello and friends. Maybe he lost a few bucks on that one.
