lmfao as a Canadian I'm definitely NOT talking about bank accounts! I'm talking about the clearing firms all global based b/d's need to clear through when trying to clear certs on the OTC. And as a Canadian based citizen, I can short any OTC stock I want. And I know several other non US citizens who can do the same. And unlike some I have actual decades of verifiable real OTC trading experience and don't rely on google when seeking any relevant OTC answers on what I can short anytime I feel like it!
