3:00 reversal period.. scalping mode here. QLGC for that move above 49.25, EBAY above 58.50 for a retest of 59 or a bit higher. Folks that shorted the 10:15 rally are covering their shorts. I don't expect this "rally" to be more than a short covering rally but it could last until 3:45
