My opinion is simple.

Testing is great to fill out the scorecard and tracing.

Live your life with the Impression that EVERYONE is infected. Use proper protection and common sense practices. Social Distance and hunker down as much as possible.

If you're frail or associated with someone who is, use the same precautions that you would want them to use, because your actions could reflect on them.

Use friggin common sense. Period.

Let's get on with it. I feel Like I'm in 2nd grade and being forced to stay in my seat instead of going to the playground because some jerk hit the teacher with a spitball and wouldn't own up to it.
