i'm catching up. if they sold 110,000,000 shares, does anyone remember the 50,000,000 share certificate Nevada snafu where the A/S was increased to 850 million then retracted BUT 50 million shares went to "the Arabs"? After all of that, the A/S should have remained at 800 million shares. in what i recall as being the similar timeframe, a PR, (and it must have been...PV) mentioned something about the "new owners". that's all i seem to recall about authorized shares and who may be holding SLJB shares.
