Airys418....thats not the point....they put the PR out that said "will not use company shares to raise capital in the near or distant future."

Don't get me wrong....I'm on your side. But why sell if you think it would go much higher if the AFs came out. 110mil now, 250mil later,.......next thing you know they sold all the shares and increased the AS to 2bil and sold all those. My point is......if they think the PPS will be north of $1 when the AFs come out....then why not wait and sell 100mil shares for 100mil dollars(not 11mil). Also, 12mil dollars means they sold around 20% of the OS...and to me that is allot when they said what they said in the PR.
