The Now Corporation this week will be responding to the Offering Circular filed today by GSFI especially with respect to pages 9 and 26. Please review our last two  press releases  on this matter that debunks those sections of relevance.


..Please also note that the "Selling Security Shareholders" including Ken Williams, Wendy Williams, Paul Khan, Connie Helwig and Marc Desparois collectively are the second largest shareholders of GSFI as of March 9th due to our Pref B shares being "reissued"


We have the Pref B shares in our possession. Collectively, we own 150,000 Pref B shares which equates to 150,000,000,000 if converted into  common stock as well as voting rights. This is irrefutable.
