I wonder if the generics aren't as stunned by this
legal outcome as AMRN.

Maybe they were actually hoping for a settlement.

With no AMRN marketing...no market...

Vascepa is not a cheap and easy drug to make in any
event.

And so, what have the generics really won?

AMRN and the generics need to sit down and ask
themselves....what next? What makes sense?
Does it make sense to waste and destroy a wonder
drug...…?
