I really don't think SAEI had anything to do with SRGE and CRGP. SAEI had some kind of Russian connection, according to Talley. And as I said, Talley's surfer days were long behind him at the time the scam went down. He was drawn into it by a friend with whom he'd worked selling condos in Spain back in the 80s.
And Talley wasn't a "fake officer" in the sense of SRGE and CRGP. Talley existed, and was paid to sign stuff as CEO, though he only got one check from the people who hired him. Whose names he said he didn't know.
SRGE's officers were fictional characters, and "Adam Carter" may also have been entirely made up. Sure, MoMo said Carter was an Australian surfer, but earlier he insisted that Davies and Johnston of SRGE were real people. You'll recall that "Carter" refused to communicate with anyone by telephone.
So I believe SRGE and CRGP were connected, but had nothing to do with SAEI. The jury's still out on AABB.
