Agree, however, in the meantime watching the ticker daily is no doubt frustrating. Combination of lack of filings, time of year (holiday/vacations), tax loss selling, real estate market is slower in this time period, and a lack of advertising about this undervalued situation.

The upcoming racing season could attract a few of those type buyers and also, those European funds that one of your good posts previously mentioned may be jumping all over this undervalued heavy Asset play. Same as for some American small cap funds that emphasize Asset plays. With a few heavy hitters involved trying to buy a limited number of shares will make those asset multiple PPS numbers IMO that your post mentioned. Could be that $3-$5 stock by year end 2007 IMO.

The company is making efforts in buying back some stock and and future dividend play will just add fuel to the situation here. I hope we get a dividend here. A penny would only cost CBAY about $1 mil. This would represent a 25% dividend ROI for many stockholders who bought at these price levels. I'd like to see us as a full blown REIT ASAP.
