Makes no sense for TMPS not to reapply for this contract. All they have to do is resubmit the bid and now that the criteria is in their favor its a slam dunk as far as I am concerned! But for those choosing to think otherwise maybe you are right...now would be a good time for those to sell. I think they will be kicking themselves by the end of the week missing out on a 10 bagger to say the least.
