They might know, or believe, that TMPS didn't bid on or isn't getting a piece of the Navy contract board members feel was due last Friday. In that scenario this will be the best time to sell in the near term.

Last year Terry atleast was communicating about the bid, this year it's just people on the board guessing, without any actual facts on what is going on currently.
