Carter is an Australian surfer that gets paid $25k cash monthly to sign whatever Muller needs. Carter had some legal problems in Melbourne and will do anything for a buck so he can pursue his life long passion "surfing"

little did i know that they signed my name on nearly all the sec docs behind my back. tons of stuff, including items that needed to notarized! i suppose illegal, i believe these were illegal stock transfers with my signature. My pay was supposed to be 10k on a monthly basis. i never received a penny.

Wonder if Talley knows Carter or Gilbert...
