Thanks. How would Peggy be certain Amarin wouldn’t file a motion to reconsider? Amarin only file a notice of appeal, that doesn’t preclude them from filing a timely motion to reconsider. Not saying Peggy doesn’t know her stuff, but she can’t r/o further motions at this time. Next Monday’s a different story.

Thanks again for the information, I certainly wouldn’t contact Judge Du until after Amarin actually files appeal and then I don’t think it’s a great idea.

I think it’s a mistake if Amarin doesn’t point out the findings of facts to Du in a timely fashion; I expect to be disappointed Friday, but there’s a small chance Amarin polity points out Mori confusion. If rule 60 works...this takes ~ 60 days vs. an appeal of 1+ years.
