is for JT to negotiate a BO. Over the last week around 324 million
shares have traded which means that they are going into hands friendly
to Goldman Sachs. If JT does not agree to a friendly deal soon, he will
get a hostile offer that has over 90% backing. The Dufus will be
absolutely blindsided ... again! This may be JT's last chance to get
a deal done on reasonable terms.
