Awk I think there are many pc/internet users who do not understand in a technological or personal way just how vulnerable they are.

Take a look at this pdf file "Georgetown Privacy Policy Survey"(Wave was a sponsor). Is the typical consumer aware of the kind of information about them that is being pilfered from their surfing? Doubtful. Much less so about their vulnerability to spyware....that's just for the movies afterall! <g>
