Amarin filed an appeal much quicker than I expected; this leads me to believe there’s consideration regarding filing a motion to reconsider...IMO there’s no additional harm Du can deliver and the motion to reconsider could speed up appeal. Also the motion to reconsider takes some heat off management, temporarily....

Should know by Friday....
