Who cares if that is subjective? The 1st part of the sentence is categorically false, thus the 2nd part should be meaningless.

It's like saying: 1) because you robbed a bank, 2) you should spend 10 years in prison.... when in reality, you did not rob a bank. So not only is the 2nd part not subjective, its just gibberish and irrelevant.
