Haha. Well, I think she erred grievously in her reasoning. And as a result she cost a lot of people a lot of money, and more importantly, she prevented or delayed Amarin from getting their just dues for doing a spectacular job developing a game-changing drug.

But, and I say this as an Amarin investor, my opinion is that she, like most public servants, probably took the case with the honest goal of trying to do the right thing.
